"I have had nothing but easy transactions with Paul from this office. I have auto, homeowners and life insurances policies with State Farm. All my transaction have been quick and super easy. Paul knows his stuff and always gives advice on the best options for me and explains everything in detail. Would definitely recommend this agency and working with Paul."

"The most laziest agent in N.J!!!! Don't ever use this agent or his workers!!!!!!!!"

"There is absolutely nothing lazy about our office. We process requests immediately when we have all the information required. We can only complete these requests if we do have all the information necessary. If we don't have all the information necessary, there is no other way to speed up the handling of any request."

"If I could give a lower rating I would. Recently they increased our auto policy premium during the last two months of our current policy to 960.00/month which would be almost 12,000.00/year. We were not notified of this change and became aware of it when the renewal policy came in for March which was over 6,000 for six months. I called immediately because I was sure this was an error. I was told it was due to us no longer being bundled. I explained we haven’t been bundled since they dropped our homeowners insurance( at least three years ago) after 2 claims in twenty years totally less than 5,000 dollars. That was their explanation for the recent increase and since I had automatic payments by the time my credit card bill and renewal notice had come in I was charged approximately 2,000.00 dollars for two months. If this isn’t illegal it should be. A terrible and costly experience all around."

"I really struggled with rating this review with one star because the agent for this location is Joseph Meeks who I have never had a problem with. I have carried homeowners insurance with this State Farm office for 9 years and decided to cancel my policy to go with another insurance agency and I have NEVER encountered so much unprofessionalism as I did with their manager, Paul Broskey. I called asking to speak with Joseph and was stonewalled by Paul Broskey, once I told him I needed to cancel my policy he immediately began to cut me off when I was trying to speak. I requested that he send my premium back to my escrow and again, he cut me off telling me he will not - that he would send a check. After that, I asked if he could email me proof of the cancellation - he again refused and told me he would send it in the mail. Finally, after dealing with his resistance, I asked to speak with someone else, in the office. He stated that he was the highest ranking person in the office which was shocking and disappointing considering his disposition I told him I was appalled at just how unprofessional he was and I would prefer to speak with ANYONE else in the office regardless of rank. He again refused and continued to tell me what he would NOT do to accommodate me. Exasperated, I finally got off the phone with him after telling him I expected him to handle my policy responsibly. If you do engage with this office, keep it with Mr. Meeks. I wonder if Paul would have handled me like that if Mr. Meeks had been around...."

Since I can't always be in the office to monitor every conversation, it is very important to know when things may have not gone the way they should. I apologize that this experience did not live up to the standards you had grown to expect from our office. I assure you I will personally address this and remind my entire team how important these conversations are. The information he was providing was accurate, but I apologize again for the manner in which it was relayed - that is not representative of how I expect my team to communicate. Thank you again for leaving this review, it helps us to improve and grow and be better at the help and assistance that we provide."
